Based on continuous market research and feasibility assessments,

KOSCO Resort established a local subsidiary in the Philippines and recruited international professionals to build a foundation for its global resort business.

We operate The Beach Club, an 88-room property located in Bohol, the Philippines.

Through continued upgrades to its guestrooms and supporting facilities, we provide guests with greater comfort and higher-quality service. We also work with specialized resort consulting firms to strengthen our expertise in property operations, service quality, and safety management.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken a cautious approach to new development in consideration of uncertainty in tourism markets and regional business conditions.

However, in anticipation of long-term growth in travel and leisure demand, we plan to enhance the competitiveness of our existing properties while gradually expanding into selected markets with strong growth potential.

We are currently preparing the development of a site covering approximately 180,000 square metres in Da Nang, Vietnam, and also hold approximately 120,000 square metres of developable land in Saipan. The development method and timing of each project will be determined following comprehensive assessments of tourism demand, regional economic conditions, infrastructure, investment costs, and potential returns.

In addition to our partnership with Tianlun Condominium in China, we continue to expand cooperation with local operators and specialized companies in each market. Rather than focusing exclusively on new construction, we are also pursuing the acquisition and renovation of existing resorts as a means of reducing investment risk and shortening development periods.

Based on our existing properties and development sites, we will respond flexibly to market changes and continue to expand our global resort business in a prudent and sustainable manner, providing guests with distinctive places to relax and memorable experiences.
