We systematically manage the entire development process, from resource exploration, reserve assessment, and feasibility studies to development planning, investment, production, and operation. Our long-term objective is to establish a full-cycle operating system capable of managing the entire upstream value chain.
We enhance our technical capabilities and project execution through cooperation with government authorities, local companies, and specialized technical partners in each region. Exploration
This stage involves exploring crude oil, gas, and natural resources buried underground using seismic data, oil well data, etc. Based on advanced exploration technologies such as QSI and Basin Modeling, we identify the geological structure and movement paths of natural resources such as crude oil and gas. Subsequently, we drill exploration wells to confirm the presence of these resources.
Development
This is the stage of constructing a crude oil/gas production facility in the discovered oil field.
We establish oil field development plans and manage the entire EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning) process to ensure smooth production and recovery in the future.
Production
This is the stage where actual crude oil and natural gas production occurs.
We closely manage facilities and personnel to ensure safe production. We generate profits by selling the produced crude oil and natural gas through advanced contracts and spot sales.
