KOSCO SD’s Singapore Shipyard continues to strengthen its commitment to employee health and safety by operating a comprehensive heat stress prevention program designed to protect workers from Singapore’s hot and humid climate. ​ As part of the initiative, mobile refreshment stations have been deployed throughout the shipyard, providing fresh fruit punch and chilled electrolyte beverages to employees year-round.  During periods of extreme heat, up to 12,000 servings are distributed daily to help workers maintain hydration and replenish essential electrolytes.
